This year Ex-Alto Team decided to make conference and training camp for new touristic entertainment crew in Spa & Sport Resort Sv. Martin. Bus full of upcoming touristic entertainers was good reason and confirmation for full time fun even during time to rest. Intensive schedule during workshops and hanging out with experienced Ex-Alto Team ensure that all participants obtain necessary knowledge and skills needed for realization of a demanding program in destinations all over Croatia.
Moreover, new friendships are obtained and according to our experience, friendships that would last forever. We believe that whole new experience, knowledge and gained skills will help them during further career development.
